Jake Guarnera, a top prospect being targeted by the 2024 Penn State football recruiting class, has announced that he will reveal his commitment on a live stream by 247 Sports today at 5:00 PM (EST). In anticipation of the announcement, Guarnera has also announced the remaining five schools on his list, with Penn State making the cut.

This news is particularly significant for Penn State football, as they have been experiencing an offensive line hot streak in the 2024 recruiting class. Nittany Lions fans will undoubtedly be watching Guarnera’s commitment announcement closely, hoping that he will choose to join the team and add to their already impressive recruiting class.

Jake Guarnera, a highly coveted recruit for the 2024 Penn State football recruiting class, has generated significant interest from top college programs. Despite being rated as a three-star offensive lineman by the 247 Sports Composite, Guarnera’s physical attributes and unheralded skills have earned him an impressive list of offers from schools such as Michigan, Penn State, Florida, Florida State, Michigan State, NC State, and many more.

Currently, Guarnera is ranked as the No. 456 recruit in the 2024 class, the No. 28 interior offensive lineman, and the No. 69 prospect in Florida. Although he falls just outside the composite four-star ranking, he has a good chance of earning a fourth star as the recruiting class is re-evaluated.

Guarnera is reportedly favoring the Michigan Wolverines, with multiple crystal ball predictions and strong odds on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. However, five teams, including Michigan, are still in contention for his commitment: NC State, Penn State, Rutgers, and Florida. Guarnera will announce his decision tonight at 5:00 PM.
