BREAKING: Penn State announces starting lineups ahead of UMass kickoff

UNIVERSITY PARK, PA – Kickoff is about to happen for the 2023 Penn State football homecoming game against UMass. Coming off of a bye week slow starts have been historic for the Nittany Lions, can they change that narrative this week? James Franklin spoke about the new research his staff completed this summer to avoid this issue. Will we see more explosive plays today?
