The Penn State football team entered week 11 of the college football season as the No. 12 team in the country. That ranking comes from the College Football Playoff Top 25. Now, we’ve reached Tuesday night again where the Nittany Lions will receive their final regular season ranking before selection Sunday. After losing Drew Allar due to injury Penn State found a way to win against Rutgers.

The Nittany Lions had an interesting week on the field. They were able to pick up a key victory on Senior Day over Rutgers 27-6. But on the other side of the victory was the injury to starting quarterback Drew Allar. This week James Franklin mentioned that he believes Allar will be good to go on Friday night against Michigan State. However, if Allar cannot go Beau Pribula would get his first career start. The Penn State football team has just found out their week 12 ranking in the College Football Playoff Top 25.

No. 11 Oregon State fell on Saturday night against No. 5 Washington. After this loss, the Nittany Lions were able to take advantage as they climbed to the No. 11 spot this week trailing Louisville which sits at No. 10.
