Today, a few new Penn State football NIL deal were announced — the first of which is a partnership between redshirt freshman defensive lineman Kaleb Artis and the Pennsylvania Special Olympics. The partnership was sponsored by Success with Honors, Penn State’s leading NIL collective, and was officially announced via Twitter. In addition to Artis’s announcement, four-star commit Jaelyne Matthews has announced a new deal of his own with Crunch Fitness.

New Penn State football NIL deal: Kaleb Artis signs with PA Special Olympics

Today, a former three-star Penn State football commit signed a new NIL deal with the Pennsylvania Special Olympics, which was announced through his Twitter account and coordinated by Success with Honor, a prominent collective for the Nittany Lions.

Artis, who was redshirted last fall, was initially a three-star defensive line prospect and ranked among the top three recruits in the state of New York during the 2022 recruiting cycle. The Pennsylvania Special Olympics is a cause that several Penn State football athletes have been endorsing, and now Kaleb Artis joins the ranks of supporters.

Jaelyne Matthews signs with Crunch Fitness

Yesterday, we reported that Jaelyne Matthews, Penn State’s highest-ranked commit for the 2025 class so far, secured a deal with a local business in New Jersey. Today, Matthews signed another deal, this time with Crunch Fitness. Similar to Artis’s announcement, Matthews chose to share the news on Twitter this afternoon, although the specific financial details of the deal remain undisclosed.

As one of the top ten committed recruits in the 2025 class, Matthews is attracting significant attention. Despite receiving new offers from prominent programs such as Michigan football, Matthews has remained steadfast in his commitment to Penn State football.

The success of Penn State’s emerging commits in the realm of NIL, even before stepping onto the field in the Blue and White, bodes well for the overall program.
