The Penn State football whiteout game is one of the greatest events throughout any college football season. Due to how big of an event this game is many potential Penn State recruiting commits want to visit campus for this specific game. To truly get a look at what it’s like to run out of the tunnel at Beaver Stadium on one of the most electric days of the year. Plus to see all of the fans fill the stadium dressed in white, there’s nothing like being at a Penn State whiteout game. Prospects are already wanting to get a glimpse at the 2023 matchup against the Iowa Hawkeyes and now Kendre Harrison has scheduled a visit to State College.

Kendre Harrison is one of the top prospects in the 2026 recruiting cycle. Currently, he is listed as the 5th overall player in the class and the No. 1 tight end in the country in 2026. At 6-7 235 pounds this is a special talent from Reidsville, North Carolina.

The interesting thing about Harrison is he is listed as an athlete on his recruiting profile. Because he just completed his freshman year of high school, he could also transition to playing on the defensive line because he is that type of athlete. On tape, he is a mismatch nightmare, running free on vertical routes and catching jump calls. He could certainly be the next great Penn State tight end. He also plays basketball where he holds division one offers from Wake Forest, Florida State, and Texas A&M.

Penn State is in good hands at tight end

What the Nittany Lions have been able to do at tight end over the past several seasons is simply remarkable. Even national college football analyst Josh Pate has taken notice of the 2023 Penn State football tight end room. But it doesn’t stop there, Luke Reynolds (2024 Penn State commit) also looks to carry on the tradition once he gets on campus. There’s an argument growing for Penn State to be ‘TEU.’
