As we approach kickoff for week 2 of the 2023 season for Penn State football, the starting lineups have been announced at Beaver Stadium. As the Nittany Lions take on the Delaware Blue Hens who is an FCS opponent. For the most part, it looks very similar to the lineup that Penn State used in week one against West Virginia. But there are some changes. Many expect to see several Nittany Lions rotate in at all positions but before the game gets to that point, it’s up to this starting group to put the game out of reach. Hopefully, Drew Allar can start where he left off against WVU.
