UNIVERSITY PARK, PA –Â It’s Senior day in Happy Valley. For some Penn State football players, it’s the final time they will run onto the field at Beaver Stadium. For others, it’s their time to take care of business to honor the senior group, because shortly, they will witness the same day. It’s also a day of change, without offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich how will Drew Allar and the offense respond?
Penn State announces starting lineup ahead of Rutgers game
The biggest thing to watch out for today is how the offense responds without Mike Yurcich. Did James Franklin, Ja’Juan Seider, and Ty Howle add any new wrinkles to the game plan? Or are we going to see a simplified version of the Nittany Lion offense? The other thing you need to keep an eye on today is how many rushing attempts we see from the Penn State tailbacks. With Seider involved with the playcalling, you have to imagine he will want to feed Nick Singleton and Kaytron Allen. Now, the starting lineups have been revealed on senior day.
