The spring game has now come and gone in Happy Valley, and several of James Franklin’s top prospects have walked away quite impressed with the university and its football program. On Sunday, less than 24 hours after the Blue/White game concluded, a new Penn State crystal ball was placed for the No. 1 recruit in Wisconsin. Following his visit, Donovan Harbour was quite impressed with the Nittany Lions and is expected to join the 2024 Penn State recruiting class.

New crystal ball placed for No. 1 recruit in Wisconsin

This weekend was the first time that Penn State football had a chance to host the No. 1 recruit in Wisconsin — Donovan Harbour — and the Nittany Lions clearly made an incredible impression on the young four-star lineman. Following the visit, Harbour received a new crystal ball to join the 2024 Penn State recruiting class; he also had some great things to say about Penn State football following the Blue/White game.

“It was amazing. I loved the atmosphere,” he told On3. “I loved how they were having fun while competing with each other and also making each other better.”

On top of a new crystal ball for Harbour, Penn State football also has over 90% chance to land him according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine — needless to say, this weekend’s Blue/White visit made a notable impression on the No. 1 recruit in Wisconsin.

Ratings and rankings for possible Penn State football offensive line commit

According to the 247 Sports Composite rankings, Donovan Harbour is a four-star recruit. He is ranked as the No. 137 player in the country, the No. 7 interior offensive lineman, and the No. 1 recruit in Wisconsin. With this new crystal ball, the 2024 Penn State recruiting class could break the top-5 upon landing him — the class currently has nine hard commits and is ranked No. 7 in the composite rankings, meaning it won’t take too much for Penn State football to crack the top-5 along with Michigan (3) and Ohio State (2).
