The Penn State football team has shifted into overdrive for their 2025 recruiting efforts. Stacking multiple top recruiting classes in a row is still a major key in winning a National Championship. Now that the 2024 class is mostly on campus, the 2025 recruiting class is starting to come together. The Nittany Lions could be receiving another new commitment very soon as a crystal ball has been placed for Lyrick Samuel to commit to Penn State.

James Franklin discusses Julian Fleming’s role

Speaking of wide receivers, James Franklin spoke to the media earlier this week about transfer wide receiver Julian Fleming. With his years of experience at Ohio State, there’s value in bringing that to the wide receiver room at Penn State,

On Tuesday, James Franklin spoke about the experience that Fleming brings to Penn State. Franklin said, “…His ability to play in this league, I think, is helpful,” Franklin said. “He understands what this league is all about, he also has an understanding about the playoffs as well, so I think those things are valuable, and he’s a really good guy, which I also think helps in that room.”
