For the final time in 2023, the Penn State football team is set to take the field in the Peach Bowl against Ole Miss. The Nittany Lions have been mostly fortunate throughout this season not facing many major injuries. One of the biggest missing pieces on the offensive side of the ball this year was WR Harrison Wallace III. He played the first few weeks of the season and then was injured, returned against UMass but was not 100% healthy. Will we see him back with his teammates today? Drew Allar could use another reliable pass catcher on the field this afternoon with the injury report just released to the public moments ago.

Drew Allar shares his thoughts on Trey Wallace

With Wallace off of the injury report, Drew Allar will gain another weapon on the offensive side of the ball. During his Peach Bowl media availability, Allar described the importance of Trey Wallace.

Allar said, “Having Trey back is something the offense needs. I think he brings a lot of positivity to that room. He’s a very consistent receiver. Obviously, as we all know, he’s a very explosive receiver vertically. I think he just brings a great work ethic to that room again, now that he’s back healthy.”
