Penn State football recently offered Amaury Wiggins, a former class of 2023 offensive lineman that currently attends Coffeyville Community College in Kansas. Today, the Nittany Lions’ Juco target officially announced his top-5 schools, and Penn State made the cut.

Amaury Wiggins has emerged as a highly sought-after Juco offensive line prospect, garnering significant attention from numerous top-tier programs. In a recent announcement on Sunday night, Wiggins revealed that he has received an offer from Penn State football, making them the sixth Power Five school to extend an offer to him. Illinois was the first Big Ten team to offer him.

To date, Wiggins has only taken one recruiting visit, which was with the Miami Hurricanes. The Hurricanes have displayed notable interest in securing the Juco standout. However, with the addition of the Nittany Lions into his recruitment, the landscape may become more complex for other top teams.

Standing tall at an impressive 6 feet 3 inches and weighing 310 pounds, Wiggins possesses the versatility to excel as an interior offensive lineman. He has the ability to play both guard and center at a high level. Considering Phil Trautwein’s recent success in offensive line recruiting, it is conceivable that Amaury Wiggins could become a significant new recruit of interest for the Penn State Nittany Lions.

Today, Wiggins’ final five dropped, and Penn State football is still in the race. Alongside the Nittany Lions are the Illinois Fighting Illini, the Miami Hurricanes, the Texas A&M Aggies, and the Arkansas Razorbacks.
