This summer, the Penn State football team has been gearing up for a big recruiting push. It seems to be the busy recruiting season between June and July when many of the next recruiting classes’ top prospects make their decisions. That appears to be the same thought process for the 2025 recruiting class as the Nittany Lions have locked in an official visit with Jeff Exinor Jr. this summer.
Top 5 ATH in 2025 sets official visit date with Penn State football
Listed at 6’2 220 on 247Sports, Jeff Exinor Jr looks to be a wide receiver at the next level. Currently, he is listed as an athlete where he is ranked as the No. 5 prospect in the country. The four-star prospect recently visited the Penn State football team for his junior day on February 3rd.
Now, it has been reported by Rivals and 247Sports that Exinor Jr. will take an official visit to Penn State on June 14th. This could be the difference maker in landing the Owing Mills, MD native. Everyone that follows Penn State knows that the future of the wide receiver room needs to be strong and Exinor Jr. can bring that to the Nittany Lions.
Penn State lands underrated 2025 WR
On Monday, the Nittany Lions earned their first wide receiver commit of the 2025 recruiting class in Lyrick Samuel. He is currently ranked as the No. 2 prospect in New York in the 2025 recruiting cycle according to 247Sports.
Now, Penn State holds the No. 5 2025 recruiting class in the country and looks to continue to push its recruiting efforts this summer. If the Nittany Lions can pair Exinor Jr. and Samuel together they could be the dynamic duo the Nittany Lions have been missing.
