The Penn State football team will never have an issue recruiting tight ends. With the amount of NFL talent that the Nittany Lions have been able to produce over the years, it’s an easy sell for prospects. It’s a position where James Franklin and Ty Howle can be selective when recruiting the position. With the 2024 recruiting class headlined by Luke Reynolds and Brady O’Hara leading the way in 2025, it appears the Nittany Lions want one more TE in the 2025 cycle. Hollis Davidson could be that prospect that Penn State is looking for.
Penn State football makes the cut for impressive 2025 TE
Hollis Davidson is a 6’5 230, 230-pound tight end in the 2025 recruiting class. Davidson is from Peachtree City, GA, listed as a three-star prospect on 247sports. He recently released his top seven schools, which included Georgia Tech, Flordia State, Flordia, Miami, Cincinnati, Auburn, and Penn State.
According to his timeline, he has not been on campus yet for a visit, but that could be a major selling point for the Nittany Lions.
Penn State football favored the land top 2025 linebacker
In other news in the 2025 recruiting class for Penn State football, the Nittany Lions are now the favorite to land LB Alex Tatsch. He is a four-star prospect on On3 and is from Latrobe, PA.
With most of the 2024 recruiting class on campus, James Franklin can turn his attention to the 2025 cycle and start adding on the top 10 class.
