The current state of the Michigan State football program is less than ideal. After the scandal with former head coach Mel Tucker, many players need to make a tough decision. To stay at a school that will likely be rebuilding with a new coaching staff next season. Or, to leave and look for a new college home. The Penn State football team has a game with the Spartans during the final week of the season; however, that doesn’t mean they haven’t been researching the potential transfer portal prospects from Michigan State. Keyshawn Blackstock just became available in the transfer portal this week and Penn State is interested.
Penn State football offers top transfer portal IOL prospect
Keyshawn Blackstock was a former Michigan State football player until he entered the transfer portal on Tuesday, October 24th. Now, Blackstone is back on the open market, looking for a new school to call home. He is currently listed as a junior, and this is a prospect that Penn State is already familiar with.
Blackstone started his college football career at the JUCO level before making his decision to transfer to Michigan State in June of this year. As a JUCO prospect, Blackstock was listed as a four-star prospect and the No. 1 interior offensive lineman in the 2022 JUCO cycle. Penn State originally offered him in September of 2022.
So, this is a prospect the Nittany Lions are familiar with. Now, that he has entered the transfer portal, the Nittany Lions have offered him once again. Standing at 6’5 315 pounds, Keyshawn Blackstock is a prospect that Penn State fans should get to know.
