The Penn State football team is starting to dip its recruiting efforts into the state of Ohio. That’s where 2026 recruiting class member and elite cornerback Victor Singleton resides. While some of the top schools in the country are chasing after Singleton, the Nittany Lions are pushing for him as well and have made great progress.

Victor Singleton is from Toledo (Ohio) and attends Central Catholic High School. Listed at 6’1 165 pounds, Singleton is regarded as one of the top talents in the 2026 recruiting class. According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Singleton is the No. 3 player in Ohio and the No. 10 cornerback in his class (No. 98 nationally).

On Friday, Hayes Fawcett of On3 shared his final ten schools. Singleton is considering Ohio State, Michigan, Tennessee, Missouri, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Penn State, Texas A&M, Oregon, and Nebraska.

He has yet to make a trip to visit the Penn State football team during his recruitment thus far.
