Big Ten Network analysts rank Tyler Warren as No. 1 TE in conference

BTN analysts Adam Breneman and Jake Butt know what it takes to be successful tight ends in the Big Ten conference. They both rank Tyler Warren as the top tight end in the conference.

Two former Big Ten tight ends Jake Butt and Adam Breneman have released their top five tight ends in the conference. Butt who played for Michigan and Breneman played for Penn State football both agree that Nittany Lion star Tyler Warren is the best tight end in the conference.

With the expansion of the Big Ten, dozens of tight ends in the conference are very talented. But two players that know what it takes to have success in the conference Jake Butt and Adam Breneman believe that Penn State football star Tyler Warren is the best in the conference.

Jake Butt’s top five:

  1. Tyler Warren – Penn State
  2. Colston Loveland – Michigan
  3. Terrance Ferguson – Oregon
  4. Max Clare – Purdue
  5. Luke Lachey – Iowa

Adam Breneman’s top five:

  1. Tyler Warren – Penn State
  2. Colston Loveland – Michigan
  3. Terrance Ferguson
  4. Jack Veiling – Michigan State
  5. Luke Lachey – Iowa

Warren’s set for a historic season

This season Tyler Warren has racked up 40 receptions for 513 yards and four touchdowns for the Nittany Lions. That’s only through six games. Last Saturday, he put up his most impressive performance of the year against USC.

On the road against the Trojans, he willed the Nittany Lions to a victory accounting for 17 catches for 224 yards and one touchdown. Catch Penn State football back on the road next Saturday at Wisconsin with kickoff set for 7:30 p.m.
