For the second time in a month, Penn State football is losing a member of its staff to its Big Ten rival from across the Delaware River.
On Thursday night, Rutgers announced that it had hired Nittany Lions defensive analyst Vic Hall to coach the Scarlet Knights’ safeties. A former standout player at Virginia under Anthony Poindexter, Hall joined his former coach in Happy Valley last offseason.
Hall served as the defensive backs coach at Ball State for three years before joining the Nittany Lions. His previous experience also includes stops at Hampton, Howard, and Western Illinois.
