Penn State football traveled across the commonwealth’s southwestern border Saturday and delivered a dominating performance over West Virginia both on the ground and through the air. But back in the Keystone State’s southeastern corner, future Nittany Lion Jabree Wallace-Coleman was busy taking over the high school gridiron.
The 2025 Penn State football commit had social media buzzing this weekend after Imhotep Charter posted a clip of his touchdown run following the Panthers game on Saturday. Wallace-Coleman not only showed his elite breakaway speed, he slipped at least nine tackles on the way to the end zone.
Imhotep Charter defeated South Shore (New York) 56-14 to move to 2-0 on the season.
Jabree Wallace-Coleman is one of the newest additions to the Nittany Lions’ 2025 recruiting class, announcing his commitment in June. Currently a four-star in the 247Sports Composite, Wallace-Coleman ranks as the No. 1 running back in Pennsylvania and the state’s No. 4 prospect for the class. He is also a top 15 running back nationally and a top 200 recruit in the cycle.
Wallace-Coleman is one of two running backs for Penn State football in the 2025 cycle following Kiandrea Barker’s decommitment in mid-August. The other, Aliquippa’s Tiqwai Hayes, is the No. 12 in-state prospect per the 247Sports Composite.
With 23 total commitments, Penn State football holds the No. 16 class in the 2025 recruiting cycle.
