Kickoff time announced for the next Penn State football home game

The Penn State football team will get back on the field next Saturday against UMass. This is a game that fits perfectly into the season. Over the past several seasons Penn State has struggled after the bye week and playing a lesser opponent like the Minutemen will help elevate that issue. On Monday morning the Big Ten Conference announced kickoff times for week 7 of the 2023 college football season. Penn State will host UMass on Saturday, October 14th, kickoff is set for 3:30 pm EST. The game will be played on Big Ten Network (BTN) for the second time this season the Nittany Lions will be featured on BTN.

This is a game where Penn State should have a nice lead heading into the 4th quarter. At the same time, the Nittany Lions need to take advantage of this week to build chemistry on offense and also protect their best players.
