One of the nation’s top prospects will be paying a visit to Penn State football this summer. On Tuesday, five-star Georgetown Prep (MD) offensive lineman Immanuel Iheanacho announced that he has set an official visit with James Franklin and the Nittany Lions for June 13-15.

So far, the Nittany Lions are one of three programs to have official visits scheduled with the elite offensive lineman to date. Iheanacho also has visits set with Georgia and Maryland for this summer.

Iheanacho is the second-ranked player and offensive tackle prospect in 2026, according to On3’s Industry Rankings.

Last week, the 6-5, 350-pound tackle announced his list of top 11 schools, which included Penn State football. Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Maryland, Miami, Oregon, Tennessee, and Texas A&M also made the cut. June will be Iheanacho’s fourth visit to Happy Valley in 14 months, the most of any school.

Recently, Iheanacho expressed that the Nittany Lions, along with Oregon and Georgia, were currently among the three “leaders” for his commitment.

Penn State football currently has a class of nine commitments and is ranked No. 7 nationally in the 2026 recruiting cycle per On3.
