Cam Miller is moving on from Penn State football, but the junior cornerback isn’t going far from Happy Valley. Three days after entering the transfer portal, the junior cornerback is set to join the roster of Big Ten rival Rutgers.

The news was reported by Pete Nakos of On3 on Thursday morning. Miller entered the portal on Monday after three seasons with the Nittany Lions.

A former four-star recruit from Fernandina Beach, Florida, Miller appeared in 40 games as a Nittany Lion. He made four starts this fall, recording 27 tackles and five pass breakups in the process. Miller finishes his Penn State football career with 56 tackles, including eight for loss.

Penn State football will face Rutgers in Piscataway to conclude the 2025 regular season on November 29.
