Cortez Harris ranks as a four-star prospect from Upper Marlboro (Maryland) according to On3. Harris just completed his official visit to Penn State this past weekend which officially started on June 21. That visit has appeared to have gone extremely well as on Sunday, Harris made his pledge to the Nittany Lions.

Initially, there was an RPM placed by Steve Wiltfong of On3 that Harris would commit to Penn State. His prediction became reality on Sunday afternoon.

On3 ranks Harris, as the No. 4 prospect in Maryland and top-25 at his position. Penn State was able to beat out Maryland, Tennessee, and Virginia Tech for his commitment.
