This summer is set to be important for the Penn State football team. Many of the top 2025 recruiting class targets will take an official visit to Happy Valley in May or June. During this time the Nittany Lions have a chance to make a lasting impression on these student-athletes. Now, Ziyare Addison, a top offensive tackle in the 2025 cycle, has set his official visit with Penn State.

Ziyare Addison is from Tampa, FL, and is listed at 6-4 280 pounds on his recruiting profile. He is a consensus four-star prospect and is the No. 14 offensive tackle in the 2025 recruiting class according to On3. Addison is seeking serious attention from Florida State, Florida, and Penn State. His last visit to Happy Valley was on March 30, when he had the chance to connect with Olu Fashanu.

Now, Addison has announced on Twitter/X that he will return to State College for his official visit June 14-16. He has visited Penn State twice; this official visit will be his third. Phil Trautwein and Andy Kotelnicki even took a visit down to Addison at the beginning of February.

Penn State holds two offensive line commits in 2025

The Penn State football team currently holds two commitments for offensive linemen in the 2025 recruiting class. The first person to pull the trigger was three-star OT Owen Aliciene from Avon, CT who made his commitment on January 21.

Then, on February 11, three-star IOL Michael Troutman from Wayne, NJ made his pledge to the Nittany Lions. Adding a player such as Addison will help boost the trenches.

Over the past weekend, Penn State had three offensive linemen have their names called in the 2024 NFL Draft. Olu Fashanu was 11th overall to the New York Jets, Caedan Wallace 68th overall to the New England Patriots, and Hunter Nourzad 159th overall to the Kansas City Chiefs.
